You can find a home for your career here.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Hospice Aide\/CNA, you can expect:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>opportunities to build trusted relationships as you care &#038; connect with people of all ages.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>flexibility for true work-life balance<span class=\"br\"><\/span>continuing education and tuition reimbursement<span class=\"br\"><\/span>career mobility and growth opportunities<span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you have a passion for care and want to strengthen your healthcare career, this is a great opportunity for you.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Hospice Aide Under the direction and ongoing supervision of a registered nurse, provides personal direct patient care services as established and delegated in the Plan of Care daily.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Reports after patient encounter with the Executive Director, or designee, regarding the patient&#8217;s condition or environment, following the Care Management process on as needed basis.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Provides assistance with the following ADLs during each patient visit: mobility, transfers, walking, grooming, bathing, dressing, or undressing, eating or toileting.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Performs incidental household services essential to the patient&#8217;s health care at home, conducting household services necessary to prevent or postpone institutionalization.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Participates in QAPI (QUALITY ASSESSMENT &#038; PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT) plan or process identifying problems and reporting administrator daily or as needed.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Must have a reliable vehicle\/transportation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education and Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>License Requirements <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful completion of a competency evaluation prior to patient care.<\/li>\n<li>Current CPR certification requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Current driver&#8217;s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Additional State Specific Requirements <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AZ, FL, KS, LA, MI, MN, PA, SC, VA, WV: No additional requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skill Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mature and able to deal effectively with the demands of a hospice aide position.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to read, write, and carry out directions promptly and accurately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com\/jobad\/used7f46d6e4b37ba2e163c0cda785ae43?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: Summary We are hiring for a Hospice Aide \/ CNA.
