Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will support the Internal Audit team in their existing and new digitalization initiatives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the design and enhancement of existing processes, workflows and audit methodology through data and technology<\/li>\n<li>Carry out proof-of-concept assignments including, data cleansing, coding and scripting, process flow charting, and system documentation<\/li>\n<li>Design and prepare technology-focused department-level training and upskilling initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Assist in technology audit<\/li>\n<li>Prepare audits and limited fieldwork assignments<\/li>\n<li>Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently studying for an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate well and have strong sense of logic<\/li>\n<li>Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organization<\/li>\n<li>Innovative spirit, strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, results driven and a proven track record of taking ownership<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in programming languages is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Closing Statement:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
