JOB OVERVIEW<\/b><\/span>Membership Manager – Technical & Ops Support
\n (Part-time, 20 hours\/week)<\/span>Focus: Systems, processes, and technical support<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
\n – Manage and optimize Members365 or similar CRM platform operations
\n – Maintain data integrity and member records
\n – Design and implement automated workflows via Zapier
\n – Create standard operating procedures for member processes
\n – Execute weekly WordPress website maintenance<\/span>Generate and maintain analytics dashboards for:
\n – Membership metrics
\n – Event performance
\n – Engagement statistics
\n – Revenue tracking
\n – Provide tier 1 technical support to members
\n – Manage integration between platforms (CRM, email, events)
\n – Coordinate calendar management and scheduling
\n – Handle backend event system setup<\/span>Required Skills & Experience:<\/b>
\n – 2+ years of experience managing Members365, Wild Apricot, or similar membership CRM platforms
\n – Proven track record of automating workflows using Zapier
\n – Experience with data migration and system integration
\n – Strong technical troubleshooting abilities<\/span>Proficiency in:<\/b>
\n – WordPress
\n – Google Analytics
\n – Google Workspace
\n – Eventbrite or similar event platforms
