This role involves collaborating with leads and communicating with US based Clients.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><br \/>\n       Lead Generation: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize various tools and strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively engage with leads through email, phone, and social media.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and nurture leads within our CRM system (ActiveCampaign, Go High Level).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Sales Support: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and creating proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide product and service information to prospects and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Answer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> CRM Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in ActiveCampaign and Go High Level CRM system and ensuring they are<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> accessible to the team members. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the development and implementation of sales processes and strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Communication and Collaboration: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively communicate with US-based colleagues and clients via email, phone, and video conferencing.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in facilitating conference calls, meetings, and discussions with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 years of experience in a sales support role.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years experience in using ActiveCampaign &#038; Go High Level CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication abilities, articulate and persuasive<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a virtual, online environment, PST time zone.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with integrating different platforms and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the real estate industry.<\/li>\n<li>Has a noise-canceling headset.<\/li>\n<li>Has a stable internet connection with a backup internet connection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>DESIRED SKILLS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> TOOLS\/SYSTEMS\/SOFTWARES: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active Campaign<\/li>\n<li>Go High Level<\/li>\n<li>ASANA<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel<\/li>\n<li>Google Workspace Applications<\/li>\n<li>Zoom<\/li>\n<li>Calendly<\/li>\n<li>Slack<\/li>\n<li>Surfshark<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>BENEFITS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Earn a base rate of at least $640\/month + benefits<\/li>\n<li>Paid Company Holidays, Paid Time Off, Family Medical incentives, Referral Incentives<\/li>\n<li>HMO upon 1st year of tenure<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly PAG-IBIG incentive<\/li>\n<li>Cash bonuses from Employee Engagement events<\/li>\n<li>Company-facilitated hackathons or free learning sessions to upskill<\/li>\n<li>Year-End virtual event<\/li>\n<li>Bi-monthly pay via wire transfer<\/li>\n<li>Weekends off<\/li>\n<li>A community of support system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, fixed 2 days off.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>CONGRATULATIONS!
