This is an exciting opportunity to work at the core of our clients HR team, with plenty of training and development to build a strong career in Human Resources and gain valuable exposure in Employee Relations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role Overview<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting the HR function, helping to maintain a fair, positive, and compliant workplace. Under the mentorship of senior HR staff, you will receive extensive training across the entire employee lifecycle, including management of ER casework, conflict resolution, and employment law compliance.
