Kronospan Ltd is focused on achieving operational excellence with relentless attention to safety and sustainability.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Main duties and responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Located at our UK base in Chirk, Wrexham, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Graduate to join the senior management team at a fast-paced, dynamic organisation. This role is based in Chirk however, where required, international travel will be necessary on occasion.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The right candidate will provide support with all aspects of Sustainability within the business at the Chirk site, with a view to identifying best practice and implementing across various sites at a large scale organisational level<\/li>\n<li>Provide support with generating models and publishing Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for all products across Kronospan Group<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Customer Sustainability presentations and any sustainability-related marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Provide internal training for various Sustainability related topics<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and compiling data for the annual Chirk ESG report<\/li>\n<li>Support with maintaining the site&#8217;s timber Chain of Custody certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree qualified, in the sustainability\/environmental sciences field<\/li>\n<li>You must have a passion for continuous improvement and a clear passion for sustainable manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Creative and persuasive with a keen eye for detail, your written and verbal presentation skills will be second to none. You will possess strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing field<\/li>\n<li>With a passionate and energetic outlook, you will be an ambitious individual who is dedicated to the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we offer<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are committed to rewarding achievement with an attractive performance-based salary package.
