Our group comprises successful American, British and National curriculum schools across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. We now seek teachers to support with the growth of our schools\u2019 enrolment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Candidates should:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the achievement of student enrolment targets. \u2022 Responsible for the processing of student applications and admissions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure competent administration and record keeping of the admissions process including entry assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic direction and leadership for all admissions activities.<\/li>\n<li>Implement Admissions strategies aligned with the school\u2019s mission, vision, and values.<\/li>\n<li>Support the transition of families from admissions to parents\u2019 liaison and clear communication with academic teams.<\/li>\n<li>Create an outstanding experience for parents and students throughout every stage of the process from applying until they leave BISM<\/li>\n<li>Review all relevant policies, procedures, quality and customer service standards and ensure their delivery to all prospective families<\/li>\n<li>Be an exceptional leader of people, coaching and develop your Admissions, marketing and communication team members<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of Admission and enrolment processes and procedures. \u2022 Develop, execute and regularly monitor marketing, retention and admissions plans.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and drive strategies to generate enquiries through both online and offline campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Develop key processes and lead team to guide parents and students through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward and engaging throughout.<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop marketing strategies to meet enrolments targets and positively promote BISM.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all parent communication to ensure responsiveness (24-hour response times during working week), quality (written and verbal language, structure and attention to detail) and attitude (team warmth and enthusiasm).<\/li>\n<li>Assign and review communication, marketing and social media tasks\/ products for skilled team members.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize FOH personnel to maximize productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Students Affairs for all MOE requirements and procedures. \u2022 Liaise with and oversee activities coordinator on large-scale events.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure PRE is achieving the enrolment target and providing high quality service to new and existing parents.<\/li>\n<li>Visibility to re-enrolment assessing risks.<\/li>\n<li>Working with entire school to accurately assess school pulse and view of unique selling points or area of improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fee structure and regulations in order to ensure prospective parents enroll their children at the school.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an accurate record of all places available at the school and an up to date waiting list that details students who wish to be enrolled and have passed any necessary placement tests.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and undertake the annual roll over of pupils, preparing files for new pupils and archiving leavers and records.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and send out all communications regarding admissions events, for both internal arrangements and communications with applicants.<\/li>\n<li>Attend Trust meetings relating to Admissions.<\/li>\n<li>Update School events to the website weekly or as required.<\/li>\n<li>Set a good example in terms of punctuality and attendance.<\/li>\n<li>Being aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to behavior management, safeguarding and child protection, equal opportunities, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to the appropriate person.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the overall ethos\/vision of the School.<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of the day-to-day issues within the School and ensure communications are effecting between all relevant departments of the School and Trust.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate a wide variety of academic qualifications, make decisions and issue offers on noncomplex applications, in line with agreed policies.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in training new members of the Admissions team to ensure they can complete their duties to a desired standard.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and leading the Front of House team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa03bfa5396a780ccda0212c355e7e27dd?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Creating Brighter Futures Every Day!
