We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Position Summary:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are looking for an energetic, engaged individual who is well versed in all manners of QA\/QE in an Agile environment to drive functional validation (Sprint Testing) and quality delivery for Evernorth program deliverables. Tasks include collaborating with all impacted application teams to develop test strategies and high-level test scenarios, identify data needs, track \/ report progress \/ issues and obtain approval of the test results. There are multiple strategical and tactical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to work in a rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, interact with all management levels, and be self-managed and motivated.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop and execute sprint testing of a software product\/solution.<\/li>\n<li>Define test process including required test activities, deliverables, and test schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Understand how changes impact work upstream and downstream including various back end and front-end architectural modules.<\/li>\n<li>Closely interact with both onsite and offshore team members. The onsite and offshore interactions include scrum team members (Scrum masters, developers, Product Owners and QA at onsite and offshore)<\/li>\n<li>Define test data conditions and partners and works closely with Data team to obtain the data.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in all phases of testing (In sprint functional testing, integration testing and regression)<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive suites of test plans, test cases for inclusion in regression, for newly integrated features, and development of tool sets to augment QA and Development testing.<\/li>\n<li>Business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging and tracking<\/li>\n<li>Perform manual\/exploratory testing where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Actively engage in defect reporting and triaging<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes failure patterns and determine corrective actions to eliminate the errors completely.<\/li>\n<li>Adheres to the organization&#8217;s Quality Engineering best practices while helping to drive changes to our testing practices where necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership and accountabilityof the application\/tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong influencing\/negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Have a passion to learn and a desire to simplify.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal\/relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong time and project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with testing frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior\/test driven development, and specification by example.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Required Experience &#038; Education: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with functional Testing, SQL\/Oracle Queries, Agile, Jira, SOAP UI\/Post Ma<\/li>\n<li>n, Web Services testing and ETL testing, Scrum \/ Kanban.- mandatory<\/li>\n<li>College degree (Bachelor+) in related technical\/business areas or equivalent work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to OpenShift, PCF and AWS<\/li>\n<li>Healthcare experience including PBM business model.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching of team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Location &#038; Hours of Work <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
