GCCs are global hubs for innovation and technology work. ANSR has successfully launched over 100 GCCs, including Target, Lowes, Wells Fargo, Silicon Valley Bank, Delta Air Lines, 7-Eleven, AB InBev, PepsiCo, and others.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>All employees at BBY India will work for BBY Services India LLP, which is owned and operated by ANSR. Employees will help drive innovation for Best Buy.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the delivery of complex solutions, coding larger features from start to finish<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in planning, and performing code and architecture reviews of their teams product<\/li>\n<li>Help ensure the quality and integrity of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for their team and identify opportunities for improvement in how the team works, through usage of recommended tools and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the triage of complex production issues across systems<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate creativity and take initiative in solving complex problems<\/li>\n<li>As a high performer, consistently deliver a high volume of story points relative to their team<\/li>\n<li>Aware of the technology landscape, plan delivery of coarse-grained business needs spanning multiple applications<\/li>\n<li>Influence technical peers outside their team<\/li>\n<li>Set a consistent example of agile development practices and coach other engineers to work as a team with Product and Experience Design (XD)<\/li>\n<li>Create and improve internal libraries and tools<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical leadership on the product and determine technical approach<\/li>\n<li>Proactively communicate status and issues to their manager<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other teams to find creative solutions to customer issues<\/li>\n<li>Show a commitment to delivery deadlines, in particular seasonal and vendor partner deadlines that are critical to Best Buys continued success<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Basic Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience with front-end development using a modern JavaScript framework such as ReactJS or Angular<\/li>\n<li>Experience with User Interface design principles<\/li>\n<li>Full-stack development experience with NodeJS and Express.js<\/li>\n<li>Test automation with a modern JS framework such as Jest, Mocha, Selenium or Cypress<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar technologies<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of and working experience with networks, security, firewalls, load balancers, DNS and other infrastructures component<\/li>\n<li>Ability to triage and manage complex production issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Micro Service architecture, Micro Front-end architecture, and Domain-Driven Design patterns<\/li>\n<li>Role as a Tech Lead or similar experience evaluating technology solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> About Best Buy<span class=\"br\"><\/span>BBY India is a service provider to Best Buy and as part of the team that will work on Best Buy projects and initiatives, youll help us fulfill Best Buys purpose to enrich lives through technology.
