You will manage the Shopify store, optimize product listings, establish content strategy, build brand awareness, foster engagement and generate leads. You will bring the brand&#8217;s online shop and digital presence to life!<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Your role is crucial in crafting compelling product narratives that resonate with our the audience. You\u2019ll also streamline operations through smart integrations and automations, ensuring a seamless customer experience from browsing to purchase.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As the first hire in this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping leading day-to-day administration of the Shopify account and marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a great opportunity to work in an environment where diversity and inclusivity are<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>In this role you will:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ECommerce Expertise: Oversee and optimize all aspects of the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.<\/li>\n<li>Content Creation: Develop and execute high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc!), email campaigns, and more.<\/li>\n<li>SEO &#038; Organic Growth: Own SEO strategy, conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO, and identifying opportunities to improve traffic through organic and paid search.<\/li>\n<li>Build Processes &#038; Best Practices: Develop and manage scalable and repeatable processes across eCommerce and marketing platforms. Implement and manage integrations between Shopify and other platforms to enhance operational efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Provide top-notch customer service support via email<\/li>\n<li>Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights.<\/li>\n<li>Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and Shopify updates to maintain a competitive edge!<\/li>\n<li>Jump in on special projects and help with research and data when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About you:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong fluency in verbal and written English.<\/li>\n<li>As an independent contractor, you must have your own laptop \/ computer and secure, high speed internet access.<\/li>\n<li>4+ years in a eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Social Media role (or similar).<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in Shopify store management and optimization<\/li>\n<li>Experience with eComm retention tools such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in various creative tools including Canva and Figma.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Bonus points: experience working with start-up businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The details:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Role type: Independent Contractor<\/li>\n<li>Location: Work from home &#8211; 100% fully remote (from the Philippines)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Working schedule: Full-time approx 40 hrs per week, 9:00am &#8211; 6:00pm NYC time zone (EST)<\/li>\n<li>Hourly rate: PHP \u20b1400 per hour starting rate, depending on experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Powered by JazzHR<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.ph\/jobad\/ph30b0706112a21d420291746d812f261c?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2b50\ufe0f this is a full-time 100% work from home, Independent Contractor role for someone based in the Manila metro market \u2b50\ufe0f The company: You\u2019ll be working with a woman-owned US based company specializing in selling construction supplies, power tools and rental equipment.
