We\u2019re actively seeking accomplished leaders to champion our vision and steer us towards<br \/>\n       execution of successful CAPS Modernization strategy.<br \/>\n       We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Software Engineering to lead our software<br \/>\n       development teams in creating high-quality global Healthcare CAPS platforms. The ideal candidate will<br \/>\n       drive the technical strategy, lead engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery of software<br \/>\n       solutions aligned with business goals. Candidate is also responsible for maintenance and support of<br \/>\n       the platform.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Leadership:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> o Provides direction for and is responsible for the output of multiple disciplines within<br \/>\n       Application Development.<br \/>\n       o Defines and implements the software engineering strategy, ensuring that it aligns<br \/>\n       with the overall business and product objectives.<br \/>\n       o Owns the application development capability for our CAPS platforms aligned with<br \/>\n       the product vision as defined by the Global Healthcare CAPS product owner<br \/>\n       o Approves applications development policies, standards and procedures <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team Leadership:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> o Lead, mentor, and manage software development teams, fostering a culture of<br \/>\n       innovation, automation, collaboration, and excellence.<br \/>\n       o Responsible for career development, performance management, and pay<br \/>\n       determination and communication to staff.<br \/>\n       o Work with Global Healthcare CAPS Product Owner to ensure software development<br \/>\n       capacity matches product priorities and strategy <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Delivery:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> o Oversees the execution of software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time,<br \/>\n       within budget, and meet quality standards.<br \/>\n       o Approves proposed project plans and application designs to ensure projects are<br \/>\n       aligned with standards and IT strategy<br \/>\n       o Allocates appropriate resources to ensure that projects are completed within<br \/>\n       committed time and budget and are integrated with other software applications.<br \/>\n       Manage Risks and Issues. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architecture and Development: Partnering with the Product Chief Architect, Guide the<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> software architecture, design principles, and development processes to ensure scalable,<br \/>\n       secure, and efficient solutions. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operational Efficiency: Oversee implementation of DevSecOps to Streamline processes, tools,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> and workflows to optimize engineering operations and enhance productivity.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> o Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within software development for<br \/>\n       commercial software products, with a strong technical background.<br \/>\n       o Experience building SaaS Products.<br \/>\n       o Experience with Agile methodologies. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Acumen: In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, source<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> code management strategies, design patterns, DevOps, automation, and best practices. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technologies covered: In-depth experience of implementing software using Microsoft .Net<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Framework, C#.Net, web based and javascript technologies ( nodejs, Angular, React), Mobile<br \/>\n       technologies, API Gateways, Oracle Database <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to guide and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> inspire technical teams. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical strategies with business objectives and market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> demands. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> related field. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Domain expertise: Strong understanding of Health Insurance domain with experience in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> managing and developing Claims and policy administration platforms. Exposure to both<br \/>\n       Individual and Group health plans is a distinct advantage. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Global and regulatory landscapes: Strong understanding and experience of working practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> across multiple geographies. Experienced with regional nuances such as tax rules, regulatory<br \/>\n       interfaces, multi-currency, multi-language etc <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributes to establishing strategic goals across the function.
