And with the city\u2019s malls and souks within a few minutes\u2019 drive, you can experience all the spoils of the city without spoiling your precious relaxation time.<\/span>What you will do<\/b><\/span>Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage\/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.<\/span>Anticipate and service of guest\u2019s requirements before requests are necessary.<\/span>Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.<\/span>Present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day.<\/span>Present children’s menus, when appropriate, and describe specials and Alternative Cuisine.<\/span>Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver.<\/span>Ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.<\/span>What you bring<\/b><\/span>Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.<\/span>Must have fluent level of English & Arabic languages both written and spoken.<\/span>Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload<\/span>What we offer<\/b><\/span>Full board sharing living accommodation in a high quality, well-resourced accommodation with Wi-Fi internet.<\/span>Complimentary nights at FS Hotels worldwide.<\/span>Regular social and sporting events<\/span>Paid home leave tickets<\/span>Free transportation to and from work with Wi-Fi internet.<\/span>Work Authorization<\/span>Hotel will apply for the work authorization for the successful candidate<\/span>We look forward to receiving your application!
