But there\u2019s still work to be done.<\/span>The Opportunity<\/b><\/span>Are you passionate about shaping the future of healthcare by aligning impactful ecosystem outcomes with national priorities?<\/span>We are looking for an Ecosystem Enabler who will serve as a Value Multiplier, fostering efficiencies and harmony across diverse ecosystems. In this role, you will be the architect of exponential growth opportunities, connecting deeply with local ecosystem stakeholders to catalyze healthcare transformation and champion the one Roche patient journey approach.<\/span>As an Ecosystem Enabler, you will coach and guide internal teams, driving the transformation needed to support collaborative, networked ways of working that enhance outcomes across the ecosystem.<\/span>Your Impact<\/b><\/span>Deliver towards the country\u2019s vision in line with the 2030 Vision<\/span>Lead the Ecosystem team to achieve agreed outcomes and implementation of patient\u2019s journey approach<\/span>Build strong relationships with the identified Ecosystem key stakeholders to build Roche equity<\/span>Ensure compliance of the Ecosystem team with Roche and Local guidelines for all Roche Initiatives<\/span>Implement agile ways of working in the ecosystem team and facilitate collaboration across the network<\/span>Ensure delivery of all project KPIs, including those related to oneRoche approach<\/span>Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale<\/span>Ensure 120 days integrated plans are in place<\/span>Ensure Capability building for Ecosystem members<\/span>Ensure resources fluidity across ecosystems.<\/span>Who You Are<\/b><\/span>You hold a BA degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, providing a strong foundation in the field<\/span>You have extensive experience and proven knowledge within the relevant field and customer segment<\/span>You bring proven experience in people management, agile methodologies, adapting to dynamic needs and encouraging iterative improvements<\/span>You embrace an empowering and enabling role, coaching others towards their potential and reinforcing a collaborative culture<\/span>You apply exponential thinking to drive transformative and impactful outcomes within the ecosystem<\/span>You have strong communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas and solutions effectively to ecosystem stakeholders and other involved parties<\/span>You maintain an energetic and inspired outlook on your work, motivating and inspiring fellow ecosystem members to collaborate and achieve shared goals<\/span>You build an atmosphere of trust and transparency, emphasizing openness and respect in all interactions<\/span>You are open to new ideas from others and actively seek to co-develop innovative solutions alongside your team<\/span>You willingly “roll up your sleeves” and engage in tasks and learning experiences outside your comfort zone to drive success<\/span>You are skilled in conflict management, navigating challenges constructively to strengthen relationships<\/span>You exhibit a creative leadership profile with a high capacity to influence and network across boundaries, empowering and enabling team members to thrive and you bring expertise in the VACC (Vision, Alignment, Collaboration, and Commitment) model to foster alignment across teams<\/span>You are a culture setter, actively shaping a work environment that aligns with shared values and goals<\/span>You lead by inspiration, creating an environment where people feel motivated and supported to contribute their best.<\/span>Who we are<\/b><\/span>At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
