\n Industry Experience: Contracting, Construction or Hospitality.<\/span>We are seeking an experienced and visionary Excellence Manager to lead the implementation of performance improvement and excellence frameworks across our operations. The successful candidate will drive organizational efficiency, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure alignment with international best practices and industry standards. This role is pivotal in advancing our strategic goals within the contracting, construction, or hospitality sectors.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Excellence Frameworks:<\/span>Design and implement excellence and performance management frameworks such as EFQM, Baldrige, or other relevant models.<\/span>Lead organizational self-assessment initiatives and develop action plans for improvement.<\/span>Process Improvement:<\/span>Identify and analyze existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.<\/span>Drive the adoption of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process improvement techniques.<\/span>Strategy Alignment:<\/span>Collaborate with senior management to align excellence initiatives with organizational strategy and objectives.<\/span>Monitor and report on the progress of excellence programs, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/span>Training and Development:<\/span>Develop and deliver training programs to build a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.<\/span>Mentor and coach teams on excellence practices and tools.<\/span>Stakeholder Engagement:<\/span>Foster collaboration across departments to ensure the successful implementation of excellence initiatives.<\/span>Engage with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to promote excellence standards.<\/span>Innovation and Benchmarking:<\/span>Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.<\/span>Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.<\/span>Performance Monitoring:<\/span>Develop and oversee systems for tracking and evaluating performance metrics.<\/span>Identify and address gaps in performance, ensuring continuous improvement.<\/span>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.<\/span>Certification in excellence models (e.g., EFQM Assessor, Six Sigma) is a plus.<\/span>5-12 years of experience in performance excellence, quality management, or related fields within the contracting, construction, or hospitality sectors.<\/span>Proven experience in implementing excellence models and driving organizational improvements.<\/span>Apply<\/span>Apply for this position<\/span>Required*<\/b><\/span>First Name*<\/span>Last Name*<\/span>Email Address*<\/span>Phone*<\/span>Address<\/span>Resume*<\/b><\/span>We’ve received your resume.
