This will give you the opportunity to work on a wide range of Wood projects.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for the successful delivery of Supply Chain activities that they are responsible for.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the end-to-end sourcing process of any low-risk procurement\/subcontracts activity assigned to them, including but not limited to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out price negotiations with suppliers to achieve demonstrable price reductions and capturing all internal and external in year savings targets as per business plan.<\/li>\n<li>Utilization of Wood Approved Supplier Register (ASR) supplemented when required by project\/client approved supplier registers for supplier evaluation, audit, and selection.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Supplier performance reviews and ongoing management ensuring corrective actions are taken where required.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for delivery of any expediting activity assigned to them, including but not limited to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Creation of daily expediting reports and required desk expediting of these to warehouse or job site Updating of procurement system with current status and setting of follow up dates.<\/li>\n<li>Issue of expediting progress reports.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for delivery of any materials and logistics activity assigned to them, including but not limited to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Production of shipping documents for all materials movements.<\/li>\n<li>Timely updating of procurement system with goods receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of materials shortages and surplus.<\/li>\n<li>Requisitioning and control of small plant and equipment\/tooling\/consumables.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all Supply Chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan\/schedule and\/or contracting strategy, within approved budgets and in line with project processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Update the project \/ procurement status report (PSR) in line with project \/ client required on site dates and current \/ estimate lead and delivery times, notifying any delays to supply chain management.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out all activity in accordance with the Wood Supply Chain Code of Conduct, ensure that all statutory and legal requirements and applicable processes and procedures are complied with, and all documents are filed accurately and fully auditable.<\/li>\n<li>Promote safe working practices and demonstrate safety commitment.<\/li>\n<li>Understands and lives Woods vision, values and behaviors.<\/li>\n<li>Understands and works to the Wood Financial Management Framework.<\/li>\n<li>All other tasks as reasonably requested by line management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in supply chain management or industry equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge, skills and experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years&#8217; experience in Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li>Experience with an environment of mega\/giga projects, O&#038;G and MNC is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Suppliers, commercial Evaluations, negotiations and terms and conditions Subcontract Agreements and Framework Agreements<\/li>\n<li>Industry forms of Subcontract<\/li>\n<li>ERP systems<\/li>\n<li>Client contract requirements<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain Principles and techniques of Purchase \/ Contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Personal attributes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Team Player.<\/li>\n<li>Good Communication Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Methodical in processing of activities \/ actions.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and Problem-Solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic proactive attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ability to:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate activities and priorities workload.<\/li>\n<li>Work under pressure to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About Us:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
