You will apply your resourcefulness, strong communication skills and expertise in administering a suite of tax services ranging from service, compliance and policy formulation.<br \/>\n       The result? Your mark of insight on tax services which are transformational.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>[What you will be working on]<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse target stakeholders\u2019 profile, define engagement purpose and devise engagement strategies and content<\/li>\n<li>Analyse market trends, business models and audit observations that may impact compliance level and to plan for relevant engagement\/ education activities to prevent non-compliance<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute robust stakeholder engagement and education campaigns through digital and non-digital channels to effectively educate stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Promote the use of digital services and digital record-keeping to improve overall tax compliance. This includes working with external stakeholders to onboard IRAS\u2019 digital solutions and to transmit tax information to IRAS.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure contents (digital and non-digital channels) are accurate, relevant and meet channel goals and taxpayers\u2019 expectations<\/li>\n<li>Create concepts and messages that are user-centric<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of development in digital and non-digital channels used for outreach and education purposes, with the aim to more effectively reach out to different profiles of stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>[What we are looking for]<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/Polytechnic Diploma (preferably in Accounting or Business Administration).<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is service-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to question, probe and analyse<\/li>\n<li>Organized and systematic in handling data<\/li>\n<li>Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.sg\/jobad\/sg13977fde5ae883dee920f0d1bbec1eff?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[What the role is] Be Transformational.
