This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What\u2019s In It for You: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for leading the sales strategy for the Ace Downhole product line and Theta software group in the assigned region.<\/li>\n<li>You will join a growing company offering competitive pay and benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What You Will Do:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.<\/li>\n<li>Discovers and explores business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.<\/li>\n<li>Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Examines risks and potential for business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage projects and simultaneously collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, balancing tactical and strategic issues while driving for results.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales, Product Line, and Engineering teams to identify high quality, market driven, new product opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Synthesizing market and customer intelligence for the co-development of compelling go-to-market strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.<\/li>\n<li>Managing category and product specific pricing and profitability metrics to ensure company KPI&#8217;s are met.<\/li>\n<li>Travel for customer visits, coordinate trade shows and promotional event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or related field required.<\/li>\n<li>3- year minimum experience in International Sales required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Physical Demands:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal working conditions absent extreme factors<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to see well enough to read reports, send emails, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to lift up to 25lbs periodically.<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to travel long distances via car or airplane.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge and Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated with a proven track record as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales track record.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of markets and applications related to Oil and Gas and \/ or Artificial Lift methodologies, especially Electric Submersible Pumps (ESPs).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with product ion optimization software and software sales experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience calling on and closing contracts with major Operators and Service Companies in Gulf Coast region, preferably contracts related to ESPs and\/or software<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, must possess excellent time management skills and creative problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate and create a cooperative work environment between peers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong desire to learn and be a problem solver, striving to determine the root cause of issues.
