You&#8217;ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance of either Gurgaon or Pune. Hybrid teams may work in-office as much as a few times a week or as little as once a month or quarter, as decided by leadership. The hiring manager can share more about what hybrid work might look like for this team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Join our Team&#8230;<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role sits within GoDaddy&#8217;s Legal Technology Engineering team, playing a key role in the business unit. We provide the technology platform that enables analysts, attorneys, and other fulfilment teams to efficiently address claims of inappropriate or illegal use related to GoDaddy&#8217;s products and services.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We pride ourselves on our culture of exploring new technologies, whilst maintaining the highest standards for quality, performance, and scale. We constantly use technologies that improve the process of validating and enhancing claims, with relevant data, automate workflows and routing. Initiating appropriate actions and demonstrating data to provide key operational insights optimising trust and safety operations across all of our products and brands.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Our team is at the heart of ensuring we can address system and product design challenges. Working across GoDaddy&#8217;s business units, in a far-reaching role, touching the vast internet, industry partners, internal operations and product teams, and executive leadership.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you&#8217;ll get to do&#8230; <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resolving production issues detected by monitoring systems, data checks, or customer support tickets in a professional and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with the immediate and peer teams to produce reusable software solutions that meet business initiatives and employ consistent design patterns<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate in an agile environment by attending stand-ups, weekly iteration planning, retrospectives, and showcases. Sharing experiences and flows with multi-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Develop, test and deploy applications using our CI\/CD pipeline and actively write code on important projects, contributing to technical documentation, code reviews, and collaborating with fellow engineers<\/li>\n<li>Drive engineering initiatives to reduce technical debt and ensure a strong technical foundation. Participate in Technology Business Unit wide AI and Security hackathons exploring new ways to advance and secure our platforms<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain secure, highly available, fault-tolerant, and globally performant microservices-based platforms deployed on AWS cloud<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring your team&#8217;s DevOps on-call responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Your experience should include&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years confirmed experience in a software engineering role, building large-scale, enterprise-grade, distributed applications or solutions<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Web Services and RESTful API development and consumption and in crafting and implementing web-based REST APIs that are standardized, intuitive, easy-to-use, consistent, and secure<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Cloud Based Platforms (AWS), Python, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Git, DevOps practices and tools and agile development methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Confirmed foundation in data structures, software designs, and microservices, and containers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>You might also have&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Elastic Search and Kibana dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Experience with API integration with SaaS and on-prem services such as ServiceNow and public data services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We&#8217;ve got your back&#8230; We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus\/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave.
