About the internship<\/b><\/span>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b>
\n Talent Sourcing:
\n Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.<\/span>Screening and Shortlisting:
\n Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.<\/span>Interview Coordination:
\n Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring candidates receive necessary details. Follow up with feedback and updates.<\/span>Database Management:
\n Maintain an organized database of candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping. Update recruitment metrics to track progress.<\/span>Candidate Engagement:
\n Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Share information on job details, company culture, and values.<\/span>Offer and Onboarding Support:
\n Assist in extending job offers and support the onboarding process. Help prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.<\/span>Market Research:
\n Conduct research on industry hiring trends, competitor practices, and salary benchmarks to help inform recruitment strategies.<\/span>Requirements:<\/b>
\n Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
\n Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
