Redesigned interiors bring authentic Saudi heritage and craftsmanship to life, while our distinguished team provides a bespoke experience through thoughtful, personalized service and hospitality.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Food &#038; Beverage Trainer<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Food and Beverage Training Assistant Manager will lead The Four Seasons Riyadh Food and Beverage Division in achieving a service culture epitomized by 5-Star luxury ensuring Four Seasons Hotels &#038; Resorts and property specific standards are achieved.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A key member of the Food and Beverage division, The Food and Beverage Training Manager will be responsible for the on-going development of the Food and Beverage Colleagues and Leaders in creating a culture committed to \u201cTurning Moments into Memories for our Guests\u201d. To create \u201can energetic and exciting learning environment\u201d across F&#038;B, ensuring we work toward improving knowledge; skills and behaviors that are needed to drive business results and guest satisfaction.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Summary of Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Reporting to the Director, Food &#038; Beverage, responsibilities, and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.<\/li>\n<li>Together with Food and Beverage \u2018Divisional Operations Team\u2019 create, organize, and facilitate F&#038;B specific Leaders Training for all existing and arriving Leaders within the F&#038;B Division.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct and track regular internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives in meeting our Colleague Engagement and business objectives in addition to providing recommendations for improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs or gaps and implement solutions to maximize results to positively impact the Food &#038; Beverage division\u2019s productivity and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Manage annual F&#038;B training budget and submit accurate records of monthly, quarterly and annual training activities and charges.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and\/or support corporate learning programs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Department Managers in the development and implementation of on-going training in addition to monthly training calendars to meet specific departmental and division wide needs.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with Leaders to ensure departmental orientation\/training materials are current and Job Task Checklists are utilized for all new colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare learning materials.<\/li>\n<li>Working with all F&#038;B leaders to develop and execute a uniform on-boarding process for all new colleagues to the division.<\/li>\n<li>Provide Leadership support for the successful completion of performance reviews. Run reports on all outstanding performance reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Support Leaders and Colleagues in the creation and follow up of Individual Development Plans<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Hotel L&#038;D Team to identify and partner with external organizations that can support the Hotel\u2019s Learning strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Update all training records.<\/li>\n<li>Participate and assist with daily pass-ons and line-up training.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct various F&#038;B specific training courses for restaurants (i.e., Suggestive Selling, Product Training, Service Polish, Service Standards, Point of Sale\/Cash Handling and Remittance training to ensure financial accuracy within food and beverage venues).<\/li>\n<li>Participate in hotel committees.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the hotel health and safety program.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence of all environmental policies and programs as required.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance to F&#038;B colleagues according to business level.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with recruitment initiatives within the division as well as other miscellaneous duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience role in a large luxury hotel<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with hands on training is a strong asset.<\/li>\n<li>This position requires a collaborative, engaging, focused individual who understands the business needs and can translate this knowledge into highly effective training and development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate, energetic, creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated confidence presenting to colleagues and management.<\/li>\n<li>Patient, with good problem solving and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess outstanding guest service, communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in computer programs such as: Adobe Creative Suite 4 (or higher); Excel, Word, Publisher, and Power Point.<\/li>\n<li>University or College education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Work Authorization<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Hotel will apply for the work authorization for the successful candidate.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We look forward to receiving your application!<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Learn more about what it is like to work at Four Seasons, visit us:<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/saa1525577657f6a48b1c4a44b273ebeca?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Four Seasons: Four Seasons is powered by our people.
