The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that the clinic meets its operational goals efficiently.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee daily operational activities within the dental center. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies that align with the clinic&#8217;s goals.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain processes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to new operational staff.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present operational reports to management for review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred Candidate: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using operational management software and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.<\/li>\n<li>Team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable to changing environments and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Must:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. Manage end-to-end order processing from order entry to delivery.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. Ensure SFDA and Saber approvals for medical equipment import and clearance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Circulate orders to suppliers and track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and warehouse.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4. Process LPOs, create sales orders, and track approvals in Odoo.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5. Coordinate with suppliers on shipment updates and pre-payments.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>6. Manage customs clearance and communicate shipment arrival schedules to teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>7. Ensure proper documentation for invoicing, re-export shipments, and returns.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>8. Optimize shipping costs by selecting appropriate methods and timing.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>9. Maintain and update tracking sheets and ensure Etqan compliance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>10. Respond to customer queries related to delivery and order fulfilment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>11. Plan fulfilment based on production lead times and customer delivery deadlines.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>12. Monitor and track GRN (Goods Receipt Note), inventory levels at the warehouse and ensure smooth order completion.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>13.
