Also Foodics has achieved three rounds of funding, with the latest raising $170 million in the largest SaaS funding round in MENA, boosting its innovation capabilities to better serve business owners.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>The Job in a Nutshell\ud83d\udca1<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are looking to hire a tech-savvy customer-passionate Customer Success Leader in Egypt to support the team in providing our clients with the smoothest experience!<br \/>\n       As well as working closely with a wide collection of tech-driven F&#038;B outlets all over Egypt.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What Will You Do\u2753<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professionally manage your team of Customer Success consultants build customer relationships with a portfolio of assigned accounts<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your team meet and exceed customer retention goals and ensure consistently high retention rates.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, trusted working relationships with key decision-makers and power users starting from onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Gain a thorough understanding of assigned client&#8217;s needs, business objectives, and processes to ensure that they successfully adopt and deploy Foodics<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that customers derive maximum value from Foodics and collaborate with the sales team to help upsell additional services, integrations, and features.<\/li>\n<li>Identify risks to client success and aggressively\/proactively engage the client whenever there&#8217;s an identified retention issue.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute retention plans for customers who may be at risk<\/li>\n<li>Drive resolution of escalated account issues in coordination with Billing, Support, and other departments.<\/li>\n<li>Gain and maintain an expert knowledge of Foodics products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Be a voice for the customers internally and help senior leadership understand product concerns, shortcomings, and missing features that are important to the customers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage contract related inquiries, questions, and issues from clients and other departments.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other team leaders to make sure that Foodics clients are getting the best service possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What Are We Looking For\u2753<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information System, business or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years proven success in Customer Success or Account Management role for a technology company, preferable a SaaS company.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing a diverse team of account managers\/customer success consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with account portfolio planning, management, and prioritization<\/li>\n<li>High attention to details and willingness to get \u201cin the weeds\u201d to fix a problem<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of customer success best practices<\/li>\n<li>Experience driving client adoption of technology or software product<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel from time to time (within Egypt)<\/li>\n<li>Passion for food and restaurants<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Who Will Excel\u2753<br \/>\n       Anyone who has: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexiblility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment<\/li>\n<li>Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company<\/li>\n<li>Passion for Food and Restaurants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We Offer You\u2757<\/b><br \/>\n       We believe you will love working at Foodics!
