If the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse engineering team, on enabling end-to-end business scenarios using cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI and to solve challenging problems for large scale 24&#215;7 business SaaS applications excite you, we would love to talk to you!<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>As an engineer, you will be responsible for implementing features towards a wide variety of business applications and services within Dynamics 365 products portfolio as well as ensuring they are done to meet rigorous quality standards with the result being software that is used by individuals and businesses throughout the world. In short you will do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Envision, Design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and improve our software components and services<\/li>\n<li>Embrace and use state-of-the-art new technologies<\/li>\n<li>Participate in technical discussions and bring new ideas on the table<\/li>\n<li>Own quality of your code<\/li>\n<li>Work with Product Managers, Architects and UX Designers to design and specify new features from the engineering standpoint<\/li>\n<li>Develop software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes<\/li>\n<li>Author internal tools that improve the teams\u2019 quality and productivity<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the positive, solution focused and creative team spirit<\/li>\n<li>Support less experienced team members in their progress and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Throughout your tasks, you will work closely with Program Managers and other Software Engineers to optimize design, quality and functionality as Microsoft places a premium on the ability to work well in a team environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Required\/Minimum Qualifications <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, or Python<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>OR equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years professional software development with at least one of the following C\/C++\/C#\/Java\/Python<\/li>\n<li>Experience with design and implementation of enterprise-scale services<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering Dynamics 365 and\/or Power Platform solutions desirable<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal, written, and cross-team collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this role.<\/li>\n<li>A strong team player and collaborator, across time zones and diverse stakeholder groups.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for improving software quality and engineering excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing, debugging, and supporting code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with building infrastructure using Microsoft Azure technology like Service Fabric, App Service, Docker.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and debugging product and test code within a micro-services architecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> By applying to this role, you will be considered for additional roles with similar qualifications<span class=\"br\"><\/span>#CXAROCKS #DYNAMICS365 #WEAREHIRING #WEWANTTOTALKTOYOU! #CUSTOMEREXPERIENCEAPPLICATIONS #CXA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
