The HR Generalist supports in the improvement of HR processes to proactively engaging the employee relations, the analyses of people information, and managing &#038; implementing policies and procedures in support of the company culture.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you do:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Analysis and Cleansing:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct regular data audits to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records\/Database.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare final analysis to understand the data-analysis gaps between internal HR tools and Group toolsAnalyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Run Adhoc reports for HR Team as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support for Global and Regional HR Projects:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute global HR initiatives, such as the Annual Employee Survey, Employee Engagement activities, and other projects as cascaded from the regional\/global offices.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the regional office on ad-hoc HR projects and provide local support to align with global strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Onboarding and Compliance:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Overview the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, aligning with global guidelines and local requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the local point of contact for regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee Engagement and Communication:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate clear and effective communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees.<\/li>\n<li>Supports smooth execution of local engagement programs along with the CoE<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace culture and promote employee well-being and satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you bring:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within a multinational organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS) Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of cultural sensitivity.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP Success Factors.<\/li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking Skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong English command, written and verbal, Arabic is plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we offer:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
