Your primary focus will be development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other software engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You can offer us &#038; we can offer you<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build innovative Android apps.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct code reviews to ensure a code of the highest quality<\/li>\n<li>Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability<\/li>\n<li>Take part in planning meetings with a truly agile team to break down user stories into technical tasks<\/li>\n<li>Provide increasingly accurate estimations for the tasks to be done<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other developers, product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver the best product possible<\/li>\n<li>Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field<\/li>\n<li>1 year of experience in the development of Android apps that use web services (for example with REST and JSON)<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with Kotlin, Java and Flutter(Optional).<\/li>\n<li>A strong understanding of design patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest android libraries and components (Architecture components, Room, Lifecycle,\u2026. )<\/li>\n<li>Have published at least 1 Android app in the Play store.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge about different architecture patterns MVVM, MVP.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with git or other version control systems, and how collaboration happens between team members (Code Review, PRs, branching mechanisms, &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with dependency injection concepts e.g: Dagger2.<\/li>\n<li>Very good English speaking &#038; writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle the pressure and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of asynchronous programming (RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, LiveData) will be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of XMPP based chat applications will be a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This job has been sourced from an external job board.<br \/>\n       More jobs on https:\/\/www.qureos.com\/<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.ae\/jobad\/aeb0147161e47d1dacaab5c871d9d4d3d4?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have a deep passion for creating apps?
