Company Description<\/b><\/span>Since launching in Kuwait in 2004, talabat, the leading on-demand food and Q-commerce app for everyday deliveries, has been offering convenience and reliability to its customers. talabat’s local roots run deep, offering a real understanding of the needs of the communities we serve in eight countries across the region.<\/span>We harness innovative technology and knowledge to simplify everyday life for our customers, optimize operations for our restaurants and local shops, and provide our riders with reliable earning opportunities daily.<\/span>At talabat, we foster an innovative environment where our talabaty employees can strive to create a positive impact across the region through the use of our platform.<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>What’s On Your Plate?<\/span>Daily spot checks in the operations field with the designated assigned zone.<\/span>Making sure riders personal grooming are in standard<\/span>Hygiene practices (Bikes, Bag, PPE (COVID – 19)<\/span>Making sure riders are wearing complete gear<\/span>Making sure that riders are following local regulations and corporate standards for their safety and others as well.<\/span>Making sure riders are complying with the standard behavior with the partner and customer for a better experience.<\/span>Checking the rider’s equipment\/ mobile issue breaks.<\/span>Enforce state and federal laws, and city codes according to consistently applied policies, procedures, and regulations<\/span>Perform the vital public services of protecting life and property. (Community Support).<\/span>Support a strong relationship between the city and the public, demonstrating respectful and cooperative behavior when interacting with citizens, visitors., and city staff.<\/span>Maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related issues and Zone (City) information.<\/span>Maintains safe traffic conditions by monitoring and directing traffic, enforcing laws and ordinances, investigating accidents, providing an escort, and reporting unsafe streets and facilities.<\/span>Preventing and investigating illegal activities, domestic disturbances, accidents, etc.<\/span>Incident Management – track and reduce rider related incidents<\/span>Compliance Management – Ensure riders compliance and educate the latest app updates and know-how.<\/span>Ad-hoc Tasks as assigned by your line manager.<\/span>Rider KPIs – RCR, order fulfillment, and others.<\/span>We believe in Experience First (for our external stakeholders and internal talabaties alike!), Make It Happen, and Together We Grow.
