{"id":2834,"date":"2024-11-12T15:03:53","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T15:03:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/head-of-hr-mnc-pharma-company\/"},"modified":"2024-11-12T15:03:53","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T15:03:53","slug":"head-of-hr-mnc-pharma-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/head-of-hr-mnc-pharma-company\/","title":{"rendered":"Head of HR &#8211; MNC Pharma Company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Head of Human Resources is responsible to support the strategic development of the site&#8217;s organization and to define, develop and maintain professional Human Resources processes and services for the entire workforce at the site, in line with company&#8217;s mission, business plan and targets, values and the group HR plans.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As part of the site management team, proactively drive and support the strategic and operational development of the organization, by consulting and supporting on the staffing, performance and development of all departments located at the sites.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Responsible for all workforce located at the site (employees and contractors\/consultants).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Act as senior and strategic HR business partner to the Site Director and Site Management Team (key functions \/ workforce base: production, quality assurance and control, engineering, maintenance, EHS, Research &#038; Development, Program Management, administrative functions)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Consult and support global functions, who have teams \/ employees at the site, in relation to personnel matters in India. Recruitment and HR management for new global services roles located at Ambernath site, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations as well as cultural integration between the production site and global functions, which are co-located at the same location.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Ensure HR acts as business partner to all leaders \/ managers, proactively consulting, supporting and enabling them in their planning, development, performance management and leadership of their teams; and as the professional point of contact for all employees regarding their employment relationship with the company.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Responsible for all personnel related processes and services across the full employment life cycle, ensuring consistent and integrated processes and offerings across the different parts of the organization \/ departments at the site:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personnel planning, budgeting, controlling (personnel costs, FTE\/HC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizational planning and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Employer branding, recruitment \/ talent acquisition, candidate relations (incl. university\/student relations), emerging talents (university relations, apprenticeship etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Onboarding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Development, learning &#038; training, competency development (in close collaboration with other colleagues focused on the GMP relevant and technical aspects)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Talent management, talent development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Compensation &#038; Benefits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Engagement &#038; retention, recognition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Values, culture; change management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Diversity &#038; inclusion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Offboarding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Position profiles \/ job requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Payroll (outsourced; Spine)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Time &#038; attendance, absence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Benefits and pension plan administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Employment contracts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Personnel files<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Personnel data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Opportunity to work with a leading MNC Pharmaceutical Company|Opportunity to Head the HR Function<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A successful &#8216;Head of HR&#8217; should have: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 10 to 15 years of overall experience in Human Resources<\/li>\n<li>Extensive working experience in HR management (min. 10 years), gained in companies of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> similar size and complexity (min. generalist HR responsibility for 100 employees) in<br \/>\n       international environments.
