What’s the role?<\/b><\/span>As a principal engineer of HERE IAM team, you\u2019ll be responsible for leadership, development and testing of scalable, robust, high throughput and low latency driven Authentication & Authorization services. You will have an opportunity to have noticeable impact on the performance of a critical component of the platform<\/span>Some detailed responsibilities include the following:<\/span>\u00b7 Working with our customers and leaders across the company to understand the business direction.
\n \u00b7 Providing technical leadership to high performance teams and foster innovation.
\n \u00b7 Developing key features for Identity & Access Management product initiatives
\n \u00b7 Building technical architecture between multiple complex systems
\n \u00b7 Documenting designs and architecture and review with stakeholders
\n \u00b7 Driving continuous improvements with the team’s processes
\n \u00b7 Proactively identifying and resolving technical risks and issues that may impair the team’s ability to deliver<\/span>Who are you?<\/b><\/span>You are a go-getter, with an eye for detail, strong problem-solving and debugging skills. You carry a Bachelors\/Master\u2019s in computer science or related fields and have 12+ years of software development experience which includes:<\/span>\u00b7 Solid experience in Scala\/Java, Python development, and understanding of Microservices Architecture.
\n \u00b7 Experience with Amazon Web Services, Splunk, Kubernetes, NGNIX
\n \u00b7 Strong knowledge of algorithms & data structures
\n \u00b7 Solid and proven problem-solving skills in system design and troubleshooting.
\n \u00b7 Passion for cloud technologies
\n \u00b7 Proven track record of having designed and deployed large scale & low latency cloud-based systems
