This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the applications are understood and have been considered.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Executing ESP design and optimization<\/li>\n<li>Planning Inventory management and equipment order forecast<\/li>\n<li>Working on sales support and technical support for sales team<\/li>\n<li>Working on special projects design and handling<\/li>\n<li>Handling customer reports and communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Fuel your passion<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>To be successful in this role you will:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited university electrical\/mechanical or petroleum<\/li>\n<li>Have at least 5 years of experience in ESP Design<\/li>\n<li>Have ESP optimization and troubleshooting experience<\/li>\n<li>Have strong oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Work in a way that works for you<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
