We&#8217;re looking for individuals who exhibit the following competencies and attributes: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Educational background in computer science, engineering, math, physics, IT, or related fields. Self-taught elite hackers are also welcome. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Self-motivated, effective communicator, and capable of presenting and advocating for the team&#8217;s work across different teams. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> A commitment to writing clean and high-quality code. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Enthusiastic about learning, teaching, sparring, asking questions, and occasionally pair programming. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Proficient in multiple programming languages; while our backends primarily use Golang, knowledge of Python, R, and JavaScript is advantageous. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Skilled in using GIT for source code control. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Experience with Continuous Integration\/Continuous Deployment (CI\/CD) tools, such as CircleCI. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Knowledge of relational databases, particularly Postgres and MariaDB. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Experience with queue technologies like RabbitMQ or SQS. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Familiarity with AWS services. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Proficient in using Docker, Docker Compose and Kubernetes. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Understanding of microservice architectures. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Understanding of monorepo architectures. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Proven experience in writing automated unit tests and integration tests. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Proactive, positive, and resilient in challenging situations, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for team success.<br \/>\n       Excellent communication skills and a strong preference for collaborative teamwork<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Location Bangalore, Prestige Technology ParkIndia<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Kantar Rewards Statement<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
