Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal virtualization capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the management and maintenance of NetApps storage systems, including provisioning, data backup, and disaster recovery processes<\/li>\n<li>Deploy and manage System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to monitor and manage our network infrastructure and ensure seamless software deployment and updates.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies (GPO), and domain controllers. Ensure secure and efficient access to network resources<\/li>\n<li>Assist and respond promptly to incident, investigate &#038; provide temporary &#038;\/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
