{"id":2501,"date":"2024-11-11T08:59:16","date_gmt":"2024-11-11T08:59:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/associate-consultant-cardiac-surgery\/"},"modified":"2024-11-11T08:59:16","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T08:59:16","slug":"associate-consultant-cardiac-surgery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/associate-consultant-cardiac-surgery\/","title":{"rendered":"ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT, CARDIAC SURGERY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Title ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT, CARDIAC SURGERY<br \/>\n       Location Riyadh,SA<br \/>\n       Organization Name MEDICAL DEPARTMENTS &#8211; CARDIAC SURGERY<br \/>\n       Department Description<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsible for provision of medical care in the field of Cardiac Surgery, in accordance with current medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and the Hospital&#8217;s policies and procedures.<br \/><b>Brief Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Clinical Responsibilities: * Participates in the duties necessary for the efficient handling and reporting of all examinations. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishes and maintains diagnostic services in assigned Cardiac Surgery in coordination with Section Head.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates with clinicians and participates in their rounds and conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Assists the patient&#8217;s primary physician regarding test utilization and interpretation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures high levels of employee and patient safety.<\/li>\n<li>Verifies all quality control and proficiency testing and prepare for laboratory inspection.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors performance standards including quality assurance, quality control and troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Provides optimal support of patient care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Academic Responsibilities: * Directs and advices junior physicians on patient management, especially in the area of Cardiac Surgery. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guides and actively assists in the training and teaching of Fellows and Residents in area of Cardiac Surgery.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps abreast with all the latest techniques and developments, especially in area of specialization, following and implementing them on a selective basis to improve technical standards.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participates in the educational activities and training programs of the department.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in national and international medical conferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Research Responsibilities: * Participates in clinical or basic and educational research projects in area of specialization in order to advance knowledge, improve the quality of post graduate education and contribute to the national and international recognition of KFSH&#038;RC (Gen.
