{"id":247,"date":"2024-10-30T18:59:02","date_gmt":"2024-10-30T18:59:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/2024\/10\/30\/technical-trainerpharma\/"},"modified":"2024-10-30T18:59:02","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T18:59:02","slug":"technical-trainerpharma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/technical-trainerpharma\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical Trainer(Pharma)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Role &#038; Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>OBJECTIVE:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Drive Training &#038; Development for employees&#8217; with the ultimate goal of creating a wow experience to the customers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Training:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training Need Identification and Analysis; customization of Training Methodology<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Monthly Training Calendar<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and deliver Training (Internal) in supervisory development, soft-skills, technical and processdriven for frontline associates and achieving training man days<\/li>\n<li>Plan and deliver induction to new hires on bi-monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Plan and deliver new hire&#8217;s training program on bi-monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Plan and deliver existing employees training program<\/li>\n<li>Plan and conduct on the job training in SAP\/BOT as per business requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> HR Coordination: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To receive the list of new joiners eligible for induction and new hire training as per the training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Calendar <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To submit the attendance of trainees undergoing induction and new hire training<\/li>\n<li>To track three monthly assessments of trainees and carry out counselling whenever required<\/li>\n<li>To help solve issues related to attendance, ID card, uniform etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Budget &#038; MIS: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate and maintain training related employee database<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and report fortnightly Training plan and MIS both for supervisor(s) and frontline associate(s) to the Training coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Record actual monthly training expenditure in training MIS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Operations &#038; Customer Service: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encourage and direct supervisors for collecting customer feedback forms<\/li>\n<li>Collect relevant issues during branch visit and coordinate with concerned in operations for solutions<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with the concerned in operations to deliver operations modules during New hire training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Desired Skills &#038; Knowledge: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated, fluent communication in respective Regional Language &#038; English is a must. (Mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering training, a flair for customer service and sharing responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>This job will require travelling within the region across retail\/hospital based pharmacies for OJT training at our pharmacy stores.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a subject matter expert to the trainees and solve their queries, doubts, problems at the store during on-job-training (OJT).<\/li>\n<li>Having good conceptual understanding of pharmacy practice and the pharma retail industry will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>M.
