Position: Clinical Psychologist (Arabic Speaker)<\/span>Company: Allocation Assist Middle East<\/span>Are you a clinical psychologist fluent in Arabic? Your role will be crucial in helping our clients improve their well-being and achieve their personal goals.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>– Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs<\/span>– Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups<\/span>– Monitor and evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans<\/span>– Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care<\/span>– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and other documentation<\/span>– Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in the field of clinical psychology<\/span>– Provide culturally sensitive and appropriate services to clients who speak Arabic or have a Middle Eastern background<\/span>Requirements:<\/b><\/span>– Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution<\/span>– Fluent in Arabic and English<\/span>– Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychological services to individuals of all ages<\/span>– Strong assessment and therapy skills, with experience in various modalities and techniques<\/span>– Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team<\/span>– Compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills<\/span>– Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment<\/span>-Must be Western-trained<\/span>At Allocation Assist Middle East, we believe in a supportive and collaborative work environment that allows our employees to thrive both professionally and personally.
