Your focus will be on product engineering including support to our SaaS customers and you will work closely with product management, design, engineering, DevSecOps and SRE teams to help our customers realise value from their investments through timely resolution of issues, work with other groups to shape the features that align with the product roadmap and overall vision of the company.<\/span>Your Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Manage a highly efficient and motivated team of engineers<\/span>Work with Product Management, Design and engineering teams to develop engineering solutions that best satisfy customer needs<\/span>Develop an efficient engineering delivery process and manage the delivery for run the business support<\/span>Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from customer data all the way up to the executive level.<\/span>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.<\/span>Your Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Passion to solve customer problems: you are someone who gets energised by getting to work with a cross-functional team to address and resolve issues in real-time.<\/span>Deep knowledge in web application development (i.e., prior experience building large scale web applications).<\/span>A high level of comfort working in a rapidly changing, fast-paced startup environment<\/span>Interest in staying current with current and evolving cloud technologies.<\/span>Good understanding of server-side programming languages such as Python \/ Java \/ C# \/ Golang \/ Node.js.<\/span>High technical competence, with a track record of past strong coding and individual technical accomplishments. Hands-on coding experience not mandatory.<\/span>Passion and ability to manage people.
