As part of a small and lean team, you will have a very direct impact on the success of the company.<\/span>Salesforce is the org’s main CRM tool – used by ~1k users across multiple business units (B2B, Core LM Express, XB, Fulfilment) to manage their sales and support teams. It is the source of truth for all customer related information – from lead contact information, price quotations to eventual contracts which then forms the data that is used for various purposes: billing\/invoicing, pricing analytics, etc.<\/span>This role manages all change requests for Salesforce – which includes changes that requires development given the growing number and complexity of requests, there is a need for a full-time head count to manage all these Salesforce changes, and implement the changes with the Pricing Business Partners, Tech, Product and Country Stakeholders.<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n
