Support of corporate and contract objectives, financial, personnel and operational management at KOCG operations and including. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer relations<\/li>\n<li>Day to day operational work<\/li>\n<li>Financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Performance management and development of direct reports<\/li>\n<li>Growth Development Process \/ training<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Process Improvement<\/li>\n<li>Communication of KOCG initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Human resource assistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support customer relations at operation through regular contact and communication with site customer<\/li>\n<li>Daily operations reporting<\/li>\n<li>Profit and loss statement review<\/li>\n<li>Manage employee and operational issues with assistance from HR<\/li>\n<li>Generate productivity reports as needed<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) events<\/li>\n<li>Conduct employee evaluations and development plans<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching\/counseling through Performance Improvement Plans and corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Payroll processing and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Contract compliance<\/li>\n<li>Weekly operations reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Seeking a minimum of 5 yrs. in a people manager role<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Kelly is an equal opportunity employer committed to employing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, including, but not limited to, race, gender, individuals with disabilities, protected veterans, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
