To accelerate this growth even further, Digital Operations is fast-growing into industries, service lines and markets globally. One of Digital Operations\u2019 strategic growth markets is North America, and we are looking for a highly accomplished, successful Travel &#038; Hospitality Digital Operations Solution Sales Expert.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This will be a senior-level sales and business development role with a focus on growth and profitability in the Travel &#038; Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Digital Operations and BPO\/BPS, as well as a strong knowledge of the Travel &#038; Hospitality industry. They will have a proven track record of growing a business, building strong client relationships, and developing sales and account management teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role Summary<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Location \u2013 Open &#8211; USA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Travel \u2013 Travel will vary depending on customer and prospect requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors \/ Business degree.<\/li>\n<li>Ten+ years&#8217; Sales \/ Business development experience with BPO\/Operations. Deep understanding of Digital Operations\/BPS and able to engage C-level executives in detailed BPS deal, solution, transition, and transformation shaping discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Good Understanding of the Travel &#038; Hospitality industry domain. Knowledge of the industry trends, customer pain points, and potential opportunities in various BPO areas are highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills are required<\/li>\n<li>Consistent record of growing a business successfully over the years through strong client relationships and a deep understanding of the Travel &#038; Hospitality industry.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability of building sales and account management teams.<\/li>\n<li>Well- developed \u201crolodex\u201d as well as the demonstrated ability to create strategic partnerships with large and complex organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and highly matrixed organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to \u201croll up your sleeves\u201d and work with a client to create timely solutions and resolutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage BPO relationship of top key accounts assigned within the Travel &#038; Hospitality portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Manage the account plan in consultation with the client partner, investing time in strengthening existing client relationships and new strategic clients<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for driving sales, business development, and customer relationship building leading to a robust sales pipeline that always forecasts four \u2013 six quarters in the future.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve annual revenue and total contract value (booking) targets<\/li>\n<li>Manage the end-to-end sales process, lead proactive proposals and RFP in line with account strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal leaders for solution creation and execution<\/li>\n<li>Work in a matrixed organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with industry vertical teams, developing strong, long-term relationships with executives at the C-Level.<\/li>\n<li>Define and improve the go-to-market plans, offerings, and value propositions.<\/li>\n<li>Create strong relationships and collaboration with both the Delivery Leader in the Travel &#038; Hospitality BPS as well as the larger RCG practice in general such that there is consistent value and expansion of offerings and growth across the whole of the practice.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong internal relationships with Cognizant\u2019s vertical BU Heads, offshore Delivery Heads, and other core leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Need to travel as needed for client meetings typically from Monday to Friday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Other Skills and Experience<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In addition to the experience and skills listed above, a background in Global Business Services and technology outsourcing solutions is helpful.
