As a part of a vast, international network of corporate and industrial resources, Tsubaki offers its customers the finest state-of-the-art products available in the world and we strive to be the Best Value supplier in the industry.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Marketing &#038; Rebate Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the creation and implementation of key marketing and rebate programs for all industrial divisions. This will include projects and programs that will strengthen the corporate brand, generate sales leads, and improve the processing of rebates from key distributor partners to ensure accuracy.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description \u2013 other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively managing the tradeshows in conjunction with sales, product management, and outside vendors to assure proper booth selection, setup, and layout to drive booth traffic and generate leads.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the inventory of all sales collateral and promotional items through an on-line fulfillment system and proactively managing their re-printing and re-ordering with the product managers and outside vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Documenting the existing rebate and market price increase processes and assist in their execution.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and recommending areas of improvement in the rebate process to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with the utilization of the marketing automation software to improve the effectiveness of the digital marketing programs including creating workflows, scheduling emails and social media posts, and monitoring key analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with selected marketing and advertising projects for all industrial divisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Requirements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of successful marketing experience, preferably with a manufacturing company.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively independently and in a group across all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills with a high level of skill and experience with Excel; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with marketing automation software preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing social media programs preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing tradeshows preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience processing of rebates preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> U.S. Tsubaki offers a competitive compensation package, including health benefits effective on date of hire, Paid Time Off (&#8220;PTO&#8221;), 10 paid holidays, generous 401(k) match and profit sharing, education reimbursement, and annual bonus potential.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Tsubaki is an Equal Opportunity Employer &#8211; Minorities\/Females\/Veterans\/Disability<span class=\"br\"><\/span>PM21<span class=\"br\"><\/span>PI6e23b144f77f-8722-35708519<br \/><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com\/jobad\/us07c80366280ea919cf91d14abc9c70a0?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description: The TSUBAKI name is synonymous with excellence in quality, dependability and customer service.
