Feasibility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the development of Development &#038; Delivery annual business plan, KPIs, budget, and policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the identification of opportunities by leveraging personal and professional network<\/li>\n<li>Lead IMDOP stages 1-4 and allocate Development Managers to various projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the development of high-level and detailed feasibility studies and financial models for all project opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Provide input to L4s regarding modeling techniques, assumptions, and inputs and oversee their training to improve their capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure coordination between L3s and L4s of various departments for input into financial models and feasibility studies (incl.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing, Operations, Leasing, and Finance) for feasibility updates<\/li>\n<li>Review feasibility studies and communicate\/ present attractive project and investment opportunities to the CEO, Development Committee, and Executive Committee<\/li>\n<li>Ensure regular updates of feasibility studies and financial models and communicate updated projections to Development &#038; Delivery<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development of pre-concepts, development briefs, and Asset Business Plans for greenfield project opportunities<\/li>\n<li>If required, perform allocation of Feasibility resources to Project Managers for additional analysis based on workloads<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development of modeling tools, templates, and functionalities, in coordination with Development &#038; Delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in finance\/accounting, or engineering, or economics or management<\/li>\n<li>MBA or equivalent is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years of development and feasibility experience in a leading property developer or asset manager, with a critical focus on the retail segment<\/li>\n<li>Deep exposure to KSA or GCC region and adjacent markets<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Retail Leasing or Mall management is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in real estate feasibility studies and investment analysis<\/li>\n<li>Excellent financial acumen and scenario modeling skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the real estate development cycle and regional market<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in design and architecture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa92d4dd83d563a9e414b48ae3f8dd0b6c?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary Assist in the development of Development &amp;
