In addition, they are responsible for generating zakat &#038; tax and financial reports, resolving any identified accounting issues and verifying the adherence of financial processes to relevant standards.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Accounting: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake complex accounting activities within the specified area of work, ensuring accurate reconciliation and updated book keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze accounting process activities to increase their effectiveness and ensure timeliness and accuracy of accounting records.<\/li>\n<li>Drive implementation of accounting policies and procedures and standardizes reporting templates to ensure compliance with relevant procedural and legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that relevant accounting procedures from a compliance and legal perspective are implemented so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Financial Reporting: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare all management information reports including routine and non \u2013 routine reports to ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements and to provide internal customers with relevant information to support operational and strategic decision \u2013 making.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate accounting reports to identify variances and their causes, highlights discrepancies, if any and recommendations for course correction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Generic Role: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day team operations within a specified scope, by undertaking related work processes and ensuring accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake relevant analysis to provide necessary information and assistance to internal and external customers.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other supervisors to build effective working relationships and identifies synergies.<\/li>\n<li>Drive data collation on the current and past performance of the hedge positions taken by STC.<\/li>\n<li>Support team members and resolves routine queries to ensure work continuity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting \/ Finance \/ MIS \/ Marketing \/ Engineering \/ Computer Science<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>5 \u2013 7 Years of experience in the financial planning, profitability analysis area.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Desired Skills &#038; Knowledge <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency in business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency in data collection and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency in accounting standards ex.
