Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Reimagine What\u2019s Possible<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>An approved QAQC Inspector E&#038;I has the responsibility and commensurate authority to accomplish the following duties: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Site QAQC Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP &#038; method statements and reporting deviations from management system \/ contractual requirements of the projects.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying that all necessary inspections and tests, as required of the project and statutory regulations, are carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating quality activities with subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be working on the same site.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with clients \/ third party, in accordance with approved ITP, for agreed witness inspections &#038; tests.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring close-out of all snags \/ punch-points within the time frame agreed with the client.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and performing material receiving inspection as per company and client requirements, applicable standards \/ specifications etc.<\/li>\n<li>Performing assigned in-process and final products inspection and tests.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring all installation and inspection of Electrical and instrumentation work with respective Quality ITPs and Checklist.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and inspection of Loop checking.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Site Acceptance Test (SAT)<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring inspection &#038; test reports of completed inspections &#038; tests are concurrent.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all equipment\u2019s, tools and materials meet with the project quality requirements and that personnel have been adequately trained to use them safely.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of non-calibrated equipment\u2019s and informing Subcontractor QC for expediting arrangements with Calibration agencies for timely calibration of the equipment\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with client representative concerning quality matters on site.<\/li>\n<li>To be conversant with the company QHSE procedures &#038; policies and ensure that all the people on the site observe and implement them.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying near miss and nonconformities in materials, products, processes, procedures and reporting the near miss \/ nonconformities in the near miss \/ nonconformity report.<\/li>\n<li>Verification of implementation of corrective &#038; preventive actions against the nonconformities and reporting results to QA\/QC Engineer and line managers, if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the progressive preparation of final quality dossiers \/ loop folders and maintaining backups of completed quality dossiers \/ loop folders<\/li>\n<li>Submitting weekly report and requested information \/ statistics to QAQC Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with QAQC Manager for all aspects of quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This position is accountable for the following end results:<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Total 15 year of Experience of which 08yrs QC experience with direct scope description as Electrical inspector\/or supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Saudi Aramco CBT Passed &#038; project Approval.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the ISO-9000 series International Standards<\/li>\n<li>Have a thorough working knowledge of the National Electric Code\/NFPA 70, IEC or equivalent standards.<\/li>\n<li>Have a working knowledge of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas and\/or petrochemical industries.<\/li>\n<li>Shall be familiar with the international industry codes and standards related to intrinsically safe systems and electrical systems for instrumentation including ISA RP12.6, ISA RP12.2.02, ISA TR12., ANSI MC96.1, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100, IEC 60529, NEMA ICS 6, NEMA 250, NEMA VE 1, NEMA VE 2, NFPA 70\/NEC and UL 94.<\/li>\n<li>Shall be able to inspect complete loop checking, wiring continuity and color coding, start-up, and troubleshooting. When required, inspector must be able to evaluate FAT and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of international codes and standards related to package<\/li>\n<li>Lead the Team of QC Electrical, Instrumentation &#038; Telecom<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator written and oral<\/li>\n<li>Strong and effective coordinator<\/li>\n<li>Organized, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft software skills, particularly Excel<\/li>\n<li>Report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working in a multicultural project team<\/li>\n<li>Middle East project experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We are the world\u2019s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
