We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>In this role, you will be:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating them into system test case scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Work with other testing groups within the organization for the integration, pairwise and operation readiness testing<\/li>\n<li>Support System Acceptance Testing &#038; System Integration Tests ,Regression Testing<\/li>\n<li>Developing corrective actions to help resolve bugs<\/li>\n<li>Identify data requirements<\/li>\n<li>Execute test cases<\/li>\n<li>Raise defects<\/li>\n<li>Retest and close\/reopen defects<\/li>\n<li>Contribute in status reporting to test lead\/manage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands on testing experience \u201cMiddleware\u201d such as MULESOFT\/DELL BOOMI<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in understanding data mapping for exchange of information between interacting HR applications<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of various files types\/ conversion<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to interpret Interface error logs &#038; suggest resolution<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to work\/ manipulate with large data set for output file validation<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing life cycle (STLC)<\/li>\n<li>Should have Strong working experience in Jira<\/li>\n<li>It would be good to have knowledge of HR processes e.g. Employee Central in Success Factors<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in executing end to end testing &#038; collaborating across teams<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR processes<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Integrations<\/li>\n<li>Educated to degree level (preferred &#8211; or alternatively considerably greater experience to support an analytical ability)<\/li>\n<li>Agile way of working<\/li>\n<li>Experience in TOSCA or any automation tool<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in any other HR related production (like Workday, Corner stone)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You\u2019ll achieve more when you join HSBC.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>www.hsbc.com\/careers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
