Embrace the chance to drive change with M3 USA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Central Services team. This position is a remote position. Working hours are between 8:30am-5:30pm ET.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Digital Marketing Associate plays a critical role in the management and execution of digital media campaigns across M3 USA companies. This individual will report into the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate closely on campaign initiatives that include: audience testing, copywriting, creative testing and overall channel optimization. This role requires an excitement for learning more about digital marketing and a willingness to test and learn. The individual must be highly organized and have strong communication skills as this role is highly collaborative across teams at M3 USA.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Essential Job functions:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Including, but not limited to the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft social media content for paid ads. Creative ideation based on extensive consumer and competitor research.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage organic content strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Execute acquisition and reactivation marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Optimize the conversion funnel to improve user engagement and increase conversion rates.
