This role will be based in Bethesda, MD, New York City, NY, or Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Marsh\u2019s go-to-market strategy for the US affinity business to deliver B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies aimed at gaining new sponsor clients, growing participation in programs, and increasing overall profitability.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We will count on you to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive growth across our business verticals including Transportation, Warranty, E-commerce, and Franchise<\/li>\n<li>Create compelling, content-rich customer engagement opportunities to educate affinity customers about our offerings throughout the policy lifecycle across various digital channels including emails, website, social media, paid advertising and SEO<\/li>\n<li>Utilize marketing automation and digital tools to drive buying decisions, increase retention, and further cross-selling opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Measure and analyze campaigns\u2019 success using data and analytics tools including supporting other marketers in evaluating their success<\/li>\n<li>Manage the digital microsites for all US Affinity program and personas<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the execution of promotional activities including print, digital, webinars, conference attendance, and promotional giveaways<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with sales to ensure coordination of sales and marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and support voice of the client surveys<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and new technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you need to have:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing; a mix of copywriting, editing, and design experience required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies<\/li>\n<li>Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and writing and editorial skills<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working independently while also being highly collaborative and effective in cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What makes you stand out:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with working with digital marketing tools and ability to quickly learn new tools, including SEMRush, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Qualtrics<\/li>\n<li>MBA preferred<\/li>\n<li>Willing to express ideas, advocate for customer needs, and contribute opinions<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and proactive with a preference for operating in a fast-paced, quickly growing, and changing environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate creative and innovative problem-solving skills into strong business results<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of urgency and ability to develop feasible and realistic deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Why join our team:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders<\/li>\n<li>We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have an impact for colleagues, clients, and communities<\/li>\n<li>Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world\u2019s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
