We\u2019re looking for a Digital Marketing &#038; Campaign Manager to lead the execution of high-impact campaigns and collaborate with a talented team to fuel our company\u2019s growth. If you\u2019re ready to roll up your sleeves, contribute to growing our business, and grow your career, we\u2019d love to meet you!<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><br \/>\n       Campaign Development &#038; Execution: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, engagement, and revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Translate strategic goals into actionable campaign plans, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Content Creation &#038; Writing: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write clear, engaging copy for campaigns, emails, and blog posts, tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand voice.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members on content strategy and development.<\/li>\n<li>Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Website Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, optimized for search engines, and aligned with brand and campaign goals.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages for campaigns and lead generation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor website performance metrics, implement improvements, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed on website trends and best practices to recommend enhancements that support marketing objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Marketing Operations: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage marketing automation workflows and integrations to streamline lead nurturing and reporting in HubSpot.<\/li>\n<li>Support day-to-day operations, including email marketing, website updates, and campaign tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Performance Tracking &#038; Optimization: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Present regular performance updates and recommend improvements and opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Collaboration &#038; Content Creation: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the Graphic Designer to create visually compelling campaign assets.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Digital Advertising &#038; Social Media Support: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator and team members to strategize and align digital advertising and social media efforts with overarching campaign goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualifications:<br \/><b>Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a similar role in a start-up environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven writing experience for marketing campaigns, emails, and blog posts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms, with knowledge of changing SEO best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred &#8211; experience in cybersecurity or education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Work Environment: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employees will provide, at their expense, a secure, dedicated work area.
