Be skilled in producing creative, attention- getting spots for all digital platforms, is self-motivated and understands how to emotionally connect with the audience through these platforms.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages all digital marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement a digital marketing strategy that ensures brand consistency across all platforms and aligns with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Conceptualizes, writes, produces, and edits compelling content for all digital platforms to market (Station) content like topical special reports, proof of brand spots and station initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with news producers, reporters, anchors, and news managers to acquire information and video for the creation of digital content to increase brand awareness of our products.<\/li>\n<li>Produces additional video and graphic presentations as requested for digital and streaming audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Help manage, grow and market our brand on social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Curate content across all our digital properties and perform regular quality assurance checkups.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends and customer insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and increase value.<\/li>\n<li>Provide digital production support and timely customer service to all departments.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up with trends in the digital space to improve our brand on platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in station-sponsored events and all assigned special projects to establish a digital presence.<\/li>\n<li>Help to plan and implement digital coverage for events and station community efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Other projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree Preferred!<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years&#8217; experience crafting digital content for a brand.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of managers and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Adobe creative suite<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of digital programs &#038; social media strategies<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changes in work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Effective ability to communicate<\/li>\n<li>Available to work nights and weekends as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to work onsite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Premiere editing system<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft office programs.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with digital platforms<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of graphic design programs<\/li>\n<li>Great teammate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> CBS News and Stations, brings together the power of CBS News, 28 owned television stations in 17 major U.S. markets, the CBS News Streaming Network, CBS News Streaming local platforms, local websites and cbsnews.com, under one umbrella.
