Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes<\/li>\n<li>Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement<\/li>\n<li>Suggest and improve business processes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday HCM processes.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday HCM functionality &#038; configuration<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Create and deliver project level documentation (i.e., status reports, RAID logs, project plansetc)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure project is delivered on-time and on-budget<\/li>\n<li>Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements<\/li>\n<li>Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementation<\/li>\n<li>Track issues and risks,communicate status and escalate concerns applications.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the client project manager to identify\/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and\/or time frames.<\/li>\n<li>Present client with change orders in the event they&#8217;re asking Workday to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW.<\/li>\n<li>Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualifications we seek in you!<br \/><b>Minimum Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BE\/MBA\/M.Tech<\/li>\n<li>Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred Qualifications\/ Skills <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated strong proficiency utilizing project management tools such as MS Project<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client relationship management Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules is critical.<\/li>\n<li>Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with business processes including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and customer-faced skills.<\/li>\n<li>Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military\/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
