Are you an energetic undergraduate or graduate student who&#8217;s seeking an incredible paid internship program? Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. Spring internship dates typically span 10-14 weeks between January and May. All team members receive benefits including: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly pay<\/li>\n<li>Employee assistance program<\/li>\n<li>Training and development opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Employee discounts<\/li>\n<li>Flexible work schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and\/or professional certification reimbursement.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What will you do?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively with marketing, corporate partnerships, and other internal departments to ensure digital assets are aligned across all channels.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the digital team in weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce\/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.<\/li>\n<li>Plan monthly organic social content for our e-commerce business working with content scheduling tools, as well as the organic platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Email Marketing Manager with project managing email requests within Salesforce by ensuring that all assets are entered into requests; stakeholders are reviewing email drafts; and gaining stakeholder approvals<\/li>\n<li>Create various content types (photos, videos, etc.) with relevant tone and style, promoting new items within the Boston ProShop social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Auditing of Boston Bruins and TD Garden-owned assets looking for inconsistencies or outdated information.<\/li>\n<li>Research current digital trends and best practices to inform upcoming season strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>More about you<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pursuing a Bachelor&#8217;s or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital, or Communications or recent graduates.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with MS Office required familiarity with social media platforms and reporting tools (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Khoros, Sprout, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or a similar CRM) preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Availability to come in to our corporate office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Physical requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform some manual labor as an essential function of the position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Shift details<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Day shift<br \/>\n       Monday to Friday<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Who we are<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate.
