He will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales goals.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Accountabilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive, manage and execute the business and revenue of the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market dynamics to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare forecasts, territory management, and growth plans.<\/li>\n<li>Educate the team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and report on metrics to measure the team&#8217;s performance and correct deficiencies where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a team of 3 to 5 Area Managers and foster a successful and positive team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>We are Looking for:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in Retail sales, operations, and leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding performance objectives, such as revenue targets.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel as required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to exercise sound judgment, adaptability, and creativity in response to changing needs and situations<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to manage a fast-paced environment and demanding workload.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation abilities, with executive-level communication skills (both written and verbal), and a proven ability to mentor others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sabdd92cc1dc6ab802ba4aa7d4906f94d8?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the retail Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
